Here's when a refund applies, when it doesn't, and how to ask.

Weekly plan

Because digital features become available immediately after purchase, weekly subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Monthly plan

Refund requests may be considered if:

  • You were charged incorrectly.
  • The service was unavailable due to a technical issue.
  • Duplicate payments occurred.

Non-refundable situations

  • Change of mind.
  • Unused credits.
  • Partial usage of a subscription.
